A Complete Guide On Next-Generation AI-Enable Products

Artificial intelligence or AI has become one of the supreme parts of the modern technological, industrial revolution. The modern-day AI products like wireless indoor positioning system, RFID positioning system, and VM hardware version are offering their best help to the businesses all across the planet. Moreover, Artificial intelligence products also help to reduce the stress of manpower in the industries. Let us discuss the above-mentioned technologies in detail in this blog.

1. Wireless indoor positioning system

The wireless indoor positioning system or a simple IPS can play a crucial role in large indoor environments like malls, amusement parks, and complex buildings. The indoor positioning system works on various technologies, including the daily-life Bluetooth to help visitors in guiding them to their desired destination. The range of the indoor positioning system also varies and are proportional to the size of the indoor environment.

2. RFID System

The RFID positioning system or radio-frequency detection system uses wireless powered tags along with an internal battery which receives and transmits radio signals within an enclosed space. Most of the RFID batteries are long-lasting and can work for several months on a single charge.

The powered tags send signals similar to the working of a cell phone; therefore, they can work accurately within the one-kilometre radius. They are more accurate than the RTLS system as it offers only a range of 3 meters.

3. VM hardware version

The VM hardware version of the virtual machine hardware version describes the features of the virtual hardware supported by the Virtual machine. One can also select either a default or an earlier version of the VM hardware with the help of the VM hardware version. In simple words, the hardware version is used to decode the type of hardware which supports the software.

All About Real-Time Location Solutions (RTLS) That You Need to Know -

What exactly is a Real-Time Location System (RTLS)? Real-time location systems (RTLS) allow you to digitally track the location and movement of physical objects in big indoor facilities. As a type of indoor positioning system, RTLS primarily uses radio-frequency (RF) technologies such as UWB, BLE, and Chirp, as well as wireless devices such as tracking tags and smart phones, in conjunction with other integrated components, to continuously determine the position of people and objects in areas where GPS cannot reach. This provides actionable location data that may be utilized to display critical individuals, assets, vital equipment, and more on a live, indoor map or linked into automated processes and systems such as IoT-enabled safety apps, asset & supply chain management solutions, and more. RLTS Variations- There are mainly two types of RTLS that are used: · RTLS with high precision The position of the monitored object or person is identified to the specific place. This necessitat...

Ultra-Wideband (UWB) Technology: Key Advantages and Disadvantages Explained

Ultra-Wideband (UWB) is a wireless communication technology that operates over a wide frequency spectrum (typically greater than 500 MHz). Unlike conventional narrowband systems, UWB transmits information by sending short-duration pulses over a wide frequency range, which allows for high data rates and precise positioning capabilities. UWB has gained significant attention in recent years due to its applications in areas such as indoor positioning systems , secure keyless entry, health monitoring, and wireless communication. However, like any technology, UWB comes with both advantages and disadvantages. Advantages of UWB High Precision Location Tracking One of the standout features of UWB is its ability to provide highly accurate location tracking, often within a few centimeters. This makes it ideal for indoor navigation, asset tracking, and smart home applications where precise positioning is crucial. Solutions like UbiTrack have leveraged UWB to offer real-time tracking systems in war...

Indoor Positioning Systems and the Industries They Benefit -

Indoor positioning systems are made up of a network of linked devices that work together to provide location tracking services for people and assets that cannot be tracked using traditional technologies like GPS or satellite. GPS and satellite systems for Indoor Navigation Positioning systems are constrained by a lack of precision and/or the capacity of their signals to reach their intended location. Businesses will turn to indoor positioning systems to acquire functional insights about the movement of people and equipment within the workplace when GPS and satellite positioning systems fail or do not give precise enough data. What Industries Can Benefit from Indoor Positioning Systems? Many sectors use indoor positioning systems to improve the efficiency of tracking assets, employees, forklifts, maintenance, processes, and yard management, while also enhancing safety related to lone workers, roll-call, pandemic workplace practices, and forklift operations. · Manufacturing Location tra...
